Golden Acres is a hypothetical vegetable farm located in Texas. In the Business Professionals of America, my team and I competed in the Global Marketing event. For this event we created a successful business plan to market Golden Acres products worldwide. My part in this effort was branding, advertising, and marketing. I created the logo, website, magazine ads, posters, coupons, etc, and presented them to the judges. My team and I won 1st place in both Regional and State level, and 4th at the National level. The National Leadership Conference for BPA took place in New York City in May 2007. There are 73 competitive events in BPA and we competed against 40 teams in Global Marketing event at the National level.
She works out of the central and north eastern areas of Florida.
